Press Release #1

Overarching healthcare governmental abuse by the Obama Admin

Washington, D.C. - Senator George Kuykendall speaks on the failures of Obamacare and the horrors it causes.

"In a resolute stance against government overreach and the erosion of individual liberties, the American people have once again voiced their alarming disapproval of Obamacare. Since its inception, Obamacare has been a contentious issue, drawing criticism from Americans nationwide for its heavy-handed approach to healthcare reform. As a steadfast advocate for limited government and personal responsibility, I refuse to wave in opposition to this intrusive legislation."

"I stand on the principle of individual freedom and limited government," declared Senator Kuykendall.

"Obamacare represents an egregious overstep of federal authority into the private lives of American citizens. It infringes upon our constitutional rights and imposes burdensome regulations on individuals and businesses. With its mandates, regulations, and excessive bureaucracy, Obamacare has been a lightning rod for controversy since its passage. Every day Americans have argued that it undermines the doctor-patient relationship, stifles innovation in healthcare, and imposes undue financial burdens on hardworking Americans.

"We, the people, believe in empowering individuals to make their own healthcare decisions, not subjecting them to government mandates and one-size-fits-all solutions."

Special Announcement

image.png.ecf1ffe9bff01d4bf9f5db6c1490ce41.png

Senator Kuykendall stands on a podium in Denver, Colorado to give a speech about the future of the United States of America he hopes to see.

It is an honor to be in the capital of the wonderful State of Colorado. Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed fellow Coloradans and Americans, I stand before you today with a deep sense of purpose and determination. I am humbled to announce my candidacy for the President of the United States. [rounds of applause]

Our nation stands at a critical juncture, facing challenges that demand strong leadership and unwavering commitment to our values.

I believe in the sanctity of life, and as your President, I will tirelessly defend the rights of the unborn. The issue of abortion is not just a political talking point; it's a matter of life and death, of fundamental human rights, and of our collective conscience as a society. Being pro-life, I believe that every life, from conception to natural death, is precious and deserving of protection. However, we find ourselves in a culture where abortion on demand has become the status quo, where the rights of the unborn are routinely disregarded in favor of convenience and expediency. This is not just a tragedy; it's a moral outrage. We cannot turn a blind eye to the fact that the Democratic Party has become the champion of abortion-on-demand, advocating for extreme measures that would allow abortions up until the moment of birth and even beyond. They talk about choice, but what about the choice of the most vulnerable among us, the unborn children who have no voice and no say in their fate? We must hold the Democrats accountable for their radical agenda on abortion, for their callous disregard for the sanctity of life, and for their willingness to sacrifice the most innocent among us on the altar of political expediency. But as pro-lifers, we must do more than just condemn; we must act. We must work tirelessly to enact laws that protect the unborn, that support pregnant women in crisis, and that promote a culture of life and respect for human dignity. We must stand up for the rights of the unborn, not just because it's politically expedient, but because it's the right thing to do. We must be a voice for the voiceless and a champion for the most vulnerable among us. [cheers]

Small businesses are the backbone of our economy, and I pledge to support them every step of the way. They are the engines of innovation and job creation, and it is time to unshackle them from burdensome regulations that hinder their growth. As Americans, we cherish the entrepreneurial spirit that defines our nation. Our small businesses are the backbone of our economy, driving innovation, creating jobs, and fueling economic growth in communities large and small across this great land. Yet, too often, our small businesses are burdened by excessive regulations, stifling taxes, and unfair competition. As a former Governor, I understand that the best way to support our small businesses is by getting the government out of the way and unleashing the full potential of the American free market. Under my administration, we will be cutting taxes for our small businesses, allowing them to reinvest in their companies, expand their operations, and create more jobs for hardworking Americans. It will be beneficial for all Americans for us to roll back burdensome regulations that strangle innovation and entrepreneurship, freeing our small businesses to pursue their dreams without unnecessary government interference. As Americans, we believe in promoting fair competition by cracking down on unfair trade practices and ensuring a level playing field for all businesses, big and small. And most importantly, we believe in empowering our small business owners to succeed on their terms, with the freedom to chart their course and the support they need to thrive. As your candidate for President, I will always stand up for our small businesses, fighting tirelessly to protect their interests, promote their success, and ensure that the American Dream remains within reach for all who are willing to work for it.

I firmly believe in the power of limited government.  Limited government isn't about neglecting our responsibilities; it's about empowering our citizens. It's about recognizing that the best solutions often come from the bottom up, not the top down. When government is limited, individuals are free to pursue their dreams without unnecessary interference. They're free to start businesses, innovate, and create prosperity for themselves and their communities. Limited government means lower taxes, allowing hardworking Americans to keep more of their own money and make their own decisions about how to spend it. Limited government means less regulation, freeing our entrepreneurs from bureaucratic red tape and unleashing the full potential of the American economy. Limited government means protecting our rights and liberties, ensuring that every American has the freedom to speak, worship, and live as they choose. Our government should be a servant of the people, not a master. I will work tirelessly to streamline bureaucracy, cut wasteful spending, and empower individuals and communities to thrive.

Economic growth is not just a goal; it is a necessity and the best way to ensure that happens is by making better of our infrastructure throughout our nation. Infrastructure is the backbone of our economy, facilitating the movement of goods and people and providing the essential services that support our communities. Yet, our infrastructure has been neglected for too long, burdened by red tape and bureaucratic inefficiency. It's time to prioritize infrastructure investment using the right principles, not just earmarks. This means streamlining the regulatory process to accelerate project approvals, cutting unnecessary spending, and promoting private sector involvement through public-private partnerships. By leveraging private sector expertise and innovation, we can deliver infrastructure projects more efficiently and cost-effectively, while also creating opportunities for job growth and economic development. We must also prioritize projects that have the greatest impact on our economy and quality of life, such as improving roads, bridges, and public transportation systems. These investments not only create immediate jobs but also lay the foundation for long-term economic growth and competitiveness. Furthermore, we must ensure that taxpayer dollars are spent wisely and transparently, with a focus on accountability and results. By eliminating waste and inefficiency, we can maximize the impact of every dollar invested in infrastructure. As President, I will offer a common-sense approach to infrastructure investment that prioritizes efficiency, accountability, and economic growth. By working together, we can build the modern infrastructure our nation needs to thrive in the 21st century.

Under the Kuykendall Administration, we will not only close the wide-open border we will protect our homeland from radical Islamic terrorism and anti-American rhetoric. As President, I am committed to taking decisive action to end the spread of radical Islam. We must confront this ideology with strength and resolve, standing firm against those who seek to sow fear and division. We will work tirelessly to disrupt and dismantle terrorist networks, ensuring they have no safe havens to operate. We will stand with our allies in the region and around the world to combat extremism in all its forms. At the same time, we must also address the underlying issues that fuel conflict in the Middle East. This includes promoting economic development, fostering education, and supporting moderate voices within the region. Diplomacy will be a cornerstone of our approach. We will engage with regional partners to find peaceful solutions to long-standing conflicts, promoting dialogue and understanding. Together, we can bring an end to radical Islam and calm the tensions in the Middle East. Let us stand united in pursuing peace, security, and prosperity for all.

And let me be clear: Obamacare is a failed experiment that has left millions of Americans struggling with skyrocketing premiums and limited choices.  The time has come to set our nation on a new course, away from the failed policies of the past. Under the Obama administration with the help of Democrats, we've seen our freedoms eroded, our economy stifled, and our values undermined. They champion big government over individual liberty, stifling innovation and entrepreneurship. They prioritize bureaucratic red tape over the needs of hardworking Americans and small businesses. They've burdened us with a disastrous healthcare system, Obamacare, that has proven to be a costly and inefficient failure. It's time for a change. It's time to reject the failed policies of the Democrats and restore the principles that made this nation great. Together, let's stand up for freedom, prosperity, and the American dream. As your President, I will lead the charge to repeal and replace Obamacare with a healthcare system that puts patients and doctors back in control. [shouts of "Repeal and Replace" goes for at least 30 seconds]

Together, we can build a brighter future for our children and grandchildren. A future where every American has the opportunity to succeed, where our nation stands strong and proud on the world stage, and where our values of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are upheld.

I ask for your support, your prayers, and your vote. Together, we will make America greater than ever before. Thank you, and God bless the United States of America. [large band plays upbeat tempo music]

Press Release #2

image.png.0a2987430793e5e95c5ebac26947fd63.png

Phoenix, Arizona - Senator George Kuykendall speaks with economists, city developers, and local activist professionals about the American future.

Short Transcript of the Roundtable Conversation: Addressing Challenges and Innovations in American Cities

Panelists:

Senator George Kuykendall

Economist - Dr Hughie Philmann, MA, PhD

Economist - Dr Barbara Chen, MS, PhD

City Developer - Robert Callman, JD

City Developer - Pau Nunez, MS

Community Leader Henry Jones

Community Leader Debra Kovak

Senator Kuykendall: Good morning, everyone, and welcome to today's roundtable discussion on addressing the challenges and exploring innovations in American cities. We have a diverse panel of experts here today to share their insights and perspectives. Let's start with our economists. What are some key economic challenges facing American cities today?

Dr Philmann: Thank you, Senator. One of the key challenges we face is economic hardships, which are exacerbated by disparities in access to education, employment opportunities, and housing.

Dr Chen: I agree, that many cities are grappling with stagnant wages, rising housing costs, and budget constraints that limit investments in critical infrastructure and services. I believe in fostering economic growth through free-market principles, lower taxes, and limited government regulation. By creating a business-friendly environment, we can attract investment, stimulate job creation, and increase prosperity in cities.

Senator Kuykendall: Thank you. Now, turning to our city developers, what innovative solutions do you see for revitalizing urban areas and promoting sustainable development?

Mr Callman: One approach is to promote mixed-use development and transit-oriented design to create walkable, vibrant communities that reduce reliance on cars and encourage social interaction. Public-private partnerships can leverage resources and expertise to tackle infrastructure projects, decent-pricing housing, and community development initiatives.

Mr. Nunez: Another important aspect is leveraging public-private partnerships to finance and develop housing, rural spaces in farmlands, and community facilities that meet the needs of residents and promote inclusivity. Many city developers support policies that encourage entrepreneurship, reduce barriers to business formation, and provide incentives for investment in distressed communities.

Senator Kuykendall: Those are excellent points. Finally, let's hear from our local activists. What grassroots initiatives have you seen make a positive impact in addressing social and environmental justice issues in cities?

Mr Jones: Community land trusts have been successful in preserving housing for Americans and not just for companies to rent, rent, and more renting. Also, I believe in empowering local communities to find solutions that work best for them. Volunteer organizations, faith-based groups, and neighborhood associations can provide valuable support and resources to address issues such as homelessness, education, and environmental conservation.

Mrs Kovak: Additionally, grassroots efforts to promote energy sustainability, such as halting job restrictions for miners and rig workers plus pushing for more energy projects, are empowering residents to bring back energy independence, and employment security, and improving our quality of life.

Senator Kenykendall: Thank you all for your valuable insights. Addressing the complex challenges facing American cities requires collaboration and innovative thinking from all sectors of society. We look forward to continuing this important conversation and working together to build more equitable, sustainable, and resilient urban communities.
