Malcolm Tucker is a Scottish-American media expert and politician who got into politics when he was appointed as 'spin doctor' and press secretary for the Obama presidential administration in 2008. In 2012 he was appointed in the presidential cabinet, Since then he has built up quite some reputation in the Democratic Party. Also his former career as a talk show host both in Scotland and the US (BBC Radio Scotland & MSNBC, WMXD-FM Detroit) has helped Tucker to be known by large parts of the public. He is a working class, progressive politician.

This doesn't really matter, but "spin doctor" isn't a Cabinet position. I'm guessing you mean something like Press Secretary or Director of Communications or Special Advisor, all of which would more likely fall under "Federal Political Staffer: 10pts".

 

"Free Christians" are a British thing, there isn't an established church in the US.
