    ”I believe the U.S. federal government should remove itself from education and finally give the power back to the individual states. Plus, we shouldn’t be adding more expenditures to our ever increasing national debt because the debt will eventually become too understandable for our nation’s future leaders to handle.”

  2. Congressman Carl Davis Supports National Small Business Week
     
    WASHINGTON, D.C. — Last night on the House of Representatives floor, Congressman Carl Davis addressed the House supporting the The National Small Business Week resolution. Congressman Davis understands the importance of small businesses in the U.S. and wants to show that the U.S. government supports them. Mr. Davis said on the House floor, “Small businesses are the backbone of our country and I think it’s time for the government to show support for all the small businesses that create the majority of jobs for many Americans, employ the veteran who sacrifice everything for this great country, and create 1/3 of our nation’s exports.”. Congressman Davis knows what small businesses mean to the people of his district, and Mr. Davis plans on continuing support for small businesses everywhere.
  3. Slow, but Not Wasted Workday in Congress
     
    WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today was a slow workday for Congressman Carl Davis and the rest of the House of Representatives. Voting on three bills were just ending and no other legislative business was scheduled for the day. But, Mr. Davis didn’t waste the day while the rest of House was finishing voting; Congressman Davis spent most of the day with staff members researching for upcoming bills. Congressman Davis has bills coming up that range from education to marijuana. Mr. Davis hopes to get back to working hard for his constituents on and off the House floor tomorrow.
     
    Congressman Davis said this about his short time in congress and the future he of his term, “I’ve only been in congress for a short time, but what I’ve learned so far is to fight for your constituents because they’re the reason you’re here and I plan to fight for them everyday while I’m in office.”
     
  4. WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Congressman Carl Davis proposed a bill today titled “Audit the Peantagon Act of 2001”. The intent of the bill is to encourage the Department of Defense to finally give the American people a realible audit, so the people of this great nation can know where their hard earned money is going to. This bill can also help with the Republicans efforts to finally lower our deficit and debt. T

     

    The bill is currently sponsored by Republican Congressman, Isaiah Moshe of North Dakota. The bill is also projected to receive more support from Republicans and possibly Democrats too.

  5. WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congressman Davis and Washington Congressman Rihaku proposed a bill today on the House floor which will greatly reform the Department of Veteran Affairs. The newly proposed bill makes wait times shorter and stops the the VA’s procedure of denying veterans their rightfully deserved healthcare.

     

    Congressman Rihaku of Washington State is proud of his family’s service to this country and wants to make our veterans life’s a lot easier. Congressman Davis plans on working with Congressman Rihaku more in the future and is proud to help our nation’s hero’s.

  7. Hello everyone, I have recently joined this simulation and so far I have became very interested in it. I have a few questions and if you can help me out that would be great.

     

    Is their a libertarian party and if so, how do I join?
