    I don't understand the opposition to raising Justice Kagan to the position of Chief Justice. She has a long track record as a solicitor general, working in the Harvard Law School, etc. No one is more familiar with the court than her! I hope at least a few of my GOP friends can see the light and cast that history making vote for our first female Chief Justice.
