  1. Nicholas Johnson at a Bernie Sanders rally.

''As an anti-war activist and someone who has actually lost my son in Iraq. We shouldn’t be starting another one. We are currently assassinating an Iranian general. What is the logic behind this?  I’m not willing to start another war where kids are sent to fight and die while rich elitist politicians sit there and drink their wine.  The war mongering is a problem in both parties. The only truly anti-war candidate in this race is Bernie Sanders. This man voted against the Iraq War and voted against the Patriot Act which has shredded up our constitutional rights.  I am proud to endorse him. He represents the values I hold dear. In fact I would say Bernie Sanders is the most representative of our lord Jesus Christ's ideology than anyone else in the race. Bernie Sanders literally got arrested fighting against racial injustice. Bernie Sanders is an American hero.

In this country we need jobs, Medicare For All, A Green New Deal not another war.  Let's follow in Jesus Christ's path and turn the other cheek and be kind to our planet and our fellow man. In the Ten Commandments it says thou shalt not kill. The United States has done a lot of killing from the death penalty to these endless wars. God didn’t leave any wiggle room.  Bernie Sanders will help make that stop ''

Nicholas Johnson was born in San Francisco in 1949, and from a young age, he was drawn to the counterculture movement that was sweeping the city. As a teenager, he embraced the hippie lifestyle, experimenting with drugs and living in a commune.

In 1968, Nicholas attended a concert in Golden Gate Park where he encountered a group of Christians who were part of the Jesus movement, a spiritual revival that was taking place in California at the time. One of the leaders of this group was Lonnie Frisbee, a former hippie who had converted to Christianity and was now preaching the gospel to his fellow hippies.

Nicholas was initially skeptical of Christianity, but he was intrigued by the message of love and acceptance that Lonnie and his followers were preaching. He began attending their meetings and reading the Bible, and eventually, he had a profound spiritual experience that led him to give his life to Jesus.

After his conversion, Nicholas felt called to become a pastor and he enrolled in Bible college. He graduated and became a minister, but he found that his views on social issues were increasingly conservative. He became an advocate for traditional family values and was opposed to what he saw as the excesses of the counterculture movement.

Nicholas' life took a tragic turn in 2004 when his son, who was serving in the Iraq War, was killed in action. The loss of his son led Nicholas to re-evaluate his political views and he became a vocal critic of the war and an advocate for peace.

In 2012, Nicholas decided to run for Senate in California. His platform was based on single payer healthcare and the withdrawal of troops from Iraq and Afghanistan. He faced off against Dianne Feinstein, a long-time Democratic incumbent, and shocked the political establishment by defeating her.

As a Senator, Nicholas continued to advocate for progressive causes, including environmental protection, racial justice, and LGBT rights. He was a champion of the working class and used his position to fight for policies that would benefit ordinary Americans.

Nicholas' life was a testament to the power of faith to transform lives, as well as to the importance of staying true to one's convictions even in the face of opposition. His journey from hippie to conservative pastor to progressive Senator was a remarkable one, and it inspired many people to re-examine their own beliefs and values.

    Topic: National security.

George W Bush really screwed this country up national security wise after the mostly peaceful Clinton years. He invaded two countries and took our privacy rights away. The government has not gone back.

Edward Snowden is a hero just like Daniel Ellsberg. He risked his career for what is best for the country and the world. He’s only being prosecuted because he humiliated the government of the United States. The US Government is the biggest snowflake of all. When you hurt their feelings they kill you like they did with JFK or they try to do with Snowden.

We need to end these endless wars. Defense contractors are getting rich while we kill innocent civilians and our government does this whole patriotism BS.

  4. Name: Alex Peters

    Outlet: Joe Rogan Experience

    Reason: Marijuana legalization

The Drug War was created not for the interest of protecting people but it was for the interest of persecuting hippies and blacks. This was said by a Nixon aide. So we need to end the drug war and legalize marijuana and decriminalize the rest.

Legalization of marijuana is a big key to economic growth. It’s a brand new industry that can provide millions in tax revenue that can fund our schools.

I believe this is a bipartisan issue. I believe that conservatives who want small government and liberals who want equity can work together on a common sense proposal.

We have too many people in jail for marijuana. I call on governors to pardon those people who didn’t do a goddamn thing wrong except take a substance Big Brother doesn’t want you to take.

It would be great for the stoners across America to smoke weed in front of these anti-weed congresspeople. Show them the scent of revolution.

    Biography

Alex Peters was born to Jim and Linda Peters. His father started a successful electronics company and was a prominent Democratic donor. Alex was not interested in politics until 2003 during the beginning of the Iraq War. Alex was against it completely due to the fact that it made no sense. He decided that he wanted to become a journalist. He was a great student and he was accepted to Emerson College and studied journalism.

He wanted to expose the corrupt establishment that caused the Iraq War. After graduating college he got a job writing for a few underground papers and then the Great Recession hit. His family was well off so they were mostly fine.

He decided to start his own blog criticizing the establishment in both parties who deregulated Wall Street and let this happen. He was hired by the New York Times in 2009 through some of his father’s connections.

He used his time at NYT investigating corrupt politicians and businessmen who were screwing over working class people. And also the connection between defense contractors and the politicians.

He wrote a book in 2010 about how more people on Wall Street should have been prosecuted and how we need tougher regulation so the 2008 collapse doesn’t happen again.

In 2016 when Bernie Sanders ran for President he was an adamant supporter of him. He wrote articles defending Bernie.

in 2018 he ran in a primary against Chris Murphy and he won.

  7. Mr President

We need to be in less wars not more. The only people who benefit from these wars are defense manufacturers who  give a lot of money to pro war Senators.

We should only interfere when  there is a clear and present danger. Isis contrary to Senator Brown’s defense manufacturer friends while terrible isn’t a clear and present danger.

Thr last time we had a justified war was WW2.
