Illes appointed as Deputy Chairman

WASHINGTON D.C.-Earlier today Congressman Balazs Illes, Representative from California's 5th District was appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the House Government Committee. This is the first time when Illes was named as a Committee Deputy Chair. He said: "I feel very honored that I was chosen for the position." and said thanks to Committe Chair Harrison Key. Illes is a Congressman only since 1999, and he said: "since that time I'm working for the Californian people, and always keep their interests in mind, and I think I'm doing well. In the Committee I'll work together with Harrison Key, and I'm sure it will be a great cooperation. As Mr. Key highlighted before the Election and Campaign Reform will be a milestone for us, but we will have a lot to do."

Illes is working in the Congress since two years, so that is kinda unusual that he became a Committee Deputy Chair. He said that there is nothing to worry about, he has all the necessary knowledge and experience.
