Mr. President,

 

I rise to a point of order: final votes on a piece of legislation are, pursuant to Senate Standing Rule V(1), to be held for at least 72 hours. Only votes on motions (including suspend and pass motions) are allowed to be held at 24 hours.

The House approves the bill by a 332-103 vote with core opposition coming from factions within the Tea Party and GOP Establishment Voting Blocs.
